Michael Lewin is an artist and painter working in the geometric abstract style. His works explore how form, color, and space interact across a variety of subjects, including coastal imagery and scenery (sailing, lighthouses, the ocean, etc.), architectural design, and geometric shapes/perspectives.
Michael started painting in 1978, during his medical residency in Long Island, NY. After nearly 50 years as a practicing physician, he retired in 2025 to pursue his art full-time. Currently, Michael works both from his home studio and out of the RPAC Art Center in Ridgefield, Connecticut. He is also a member of the Ridgefield Guild of Artists
